Requirement for Norway Business Stamp Visa

Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum three months (from the date of return) and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp. 

  1. Passports issued beyond 10 yrs. will not be accepted by the Embassy

  2. Copy of your passport (all relevant and used pages)

  3. Attach all your old passports (if any)

Schengen Visa Application Form: Application form has to be filled online and signed by the applicant. Kindly log on to the link given: https://selfservice.udi.no/

One “ Applicant Information Form ” to be duly filled and submitted along with application. (See specimen attached)

Please note: Payment must be done through Credit Card.

Photo Specification: Three recent passport size color photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 60%-80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm)- (See specimen attached)

Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas. 

Covering-Letter: Covering letter on company letter head addressed The Visa Officer, Royal Norwegian Embassy, New Delhi. stating name of the applicant, personal profile, nationality, passport details, purpose of visit, period of stay with dates and also to be noted that all the expenses including medical, boarding & lodging will be borne by the applicant / sponsor (attached is the draft format).

Invitation letter from the business partner in Norway: With full details of the inviter: full name, address, Email-ID and telephone number. Original or copy, signed & stamped, mentioning the invitee details, the dates and purpose of the trip with detailed schedule of the business meetings or trainings (day to day schedule) The letter should be addressed to – The Visa Officer, Royal Norwegian Embassy, New Delhi.

Invitee ID proof.

Proof of occupation:

If company employee: Salary slip for last 06 months with company seal and sign.

If self employed: Company memorandum copy/ company registration copy/ Company GSTR all three pages Company shop establishment copy or any company registration certificate copy which is showing that owner of this company  

Norway Questionnaire form that is attached in the business checklist.

Proof of Accommodation: Hotel confirmation for the entire period of stay in Schengen Area.  

Financials documents:

  1. ITR papers for last 3 years (personal and company).

  2. Original Bank Statement for last six months duly attested by bank stamp and signed the all pages (personal and company) if company bank statement not available then the balance statement till date should be attached in the documents set.

  3. Credit Card copy

Travel Insurance :  Please refer to the list of approved Indian travel insurances: https://www.eda.admin.ch/dam/countries/countries-content/india/en/visa/SchengetList-Travel_Insurance_CompaniesEN.pdf Minimum coverage of 30,000 Euro / 50,000 USD / 50,000 CHF per person. o Coverage of all expenses which might arise in connection with repatriation for medical reasons, urgent medical attention and/or emergency hospital treatment. The insurance has to cover the entire stay in Schengen territory.
