Passport submission is mandatory via 2 way courier and additional charges of Rs. 1666/- Per person

Kindly provide the below color scan documents in PDF format and forms details in order to process the Canada tourist visa.

Application forms + family information forms- (see attached the above application forms)

Passport 1st address page with used pages copies in separate PDF file (New & Old passports)
One recent camera click photographs photo should be size 35 x 45 white background & matt finishing and 70-80% face of coverage.
Personal covering letter on company letter head (if self employed) or in normal paper if company employee – (see attached covering letter draft)
If visit family/ friend- Invitation letter + passport copy 1st & address page + Valid PR copy-(see attached invitation letter draft)
If host sponsoring the trip then provide the bank statement for last 06 month + Salary slip for last 06 month + Utility bill
Occupation proof:-

If employee: Company Noc letter + Salary Slip for last 06 months- (see attached company noc letter draft)
If Self employed: Company registration copy + Company bank statement for last 06 months with bank seal & sign + IT returns for last 03 years
If Retired – Kindly share the pension bank account statement for 06 month or any other related documents.
If Student: School/ College id copy

Updated personal bank statement for last 06 month with bank seal & sign.
If you have any other saving investment proof, Bank FD or Mutual receipt copies.
Personal ITR copies for last 03 years

Once the applicant received Passport submission approval letter they have to go on VFS website and fill web form https://vfs-cic.mioot.com/forms/PS/ for passport submission.

Embassy/ High Commission may be ask any additional documents.
Visa fee and service charges are not refunded if your application is refused by the Embassy.
The issuance of visa is the whole and sole prerogative of the concerned Consulate/Embassy of the sovereign state over which we do not have any control. We merely act as a document delivery agent between the customer and the concerned Consulate/Embassy and shall in no way be responsible for any delay or refusal in the issuance of visa by the respective Consulate / Embassy.
