DOCUMENTS REQUIRED (Color Scanned copies)

  1. Clear-colored Front and Last full page of Valid Indian passport copies with a minimum validity of six months.
  2. Clear photograph (Size 35 mm x 45 mm white background matt finish 70% face)
  3. Hotel voucher as per the travel date
  4. Return Air ticket copy
  5. If traveling on a Business visit, require an Invitation letter from the invitee Company with a Company Registration copy and the invitee ID card
  6. If Visiting Family, require an Invitation letter from the family members with Identity card/Passport/Airline Card/Entry permit copy & Contact Number
  7. If visits to any other countries in the last 3 Months. If yes then provide the entry and exit date and country name.
  8. Previous visits to Kenya on the e-visa. If yes then provide entry and exit dates and e-visa number
  9. Applicant contact number and email Id
  10. Occupation details (e.g. Business/employee / retire etc.)
  11. Emergency contact number and contact person name.
  12. Applicant’s parents are alive or deceased.

Please Note:

  • Yellow fever and Over Polio Vacation Card is Mandatory while traveling

  • Saturday & Sunday are considered as non-working days for Kenya.

  • We do not provide Work/ Job / Employment visas

  • Embassy/ High Commission may ask for any additional documents.
  • Visa fees and service charges are not refunded if your application is refused by the Embassy.
  • The issuance of a visa is the whole and sole prerogative of the concerned Consulate/Embassy of the sovereign state over which we do not have any control. We merely act as a document delivery agent between the customer and the concerned Consulate/Embassy and shall in no way be responsible for any delay or refusal in the issuance of a visa by the respective Consulate / Embassy.
