DOCUMENTSÂ REQUIRED (Color Scanned copies)
- Clear-colored Front and Last full page of Valid Indian passport copies with a minimum validity of six months.
- Clear photograph (Size 35 mm x 45 mm white background matt finish 70% face)
- Hotel voucher as per the travel date
- Return Air ticket copy
- If traveling on a Business visit, require an Invitation letter from the invitee Company with a Company Registration copy and the invitee ID card
- If Visiting Family, require an Invitation letter from the family members with Identity card/Passport/Airline Card/Entry permit copy & Contact Number
- If visits to any other countries in the last 3 Months. If yes then provide the entry and exit date and country name.
- Previous visits to Kenya on the e-visa. If yes then provide entry and exit dates and e-visa number
- Applicant contact number and email Id
- Occupation details (e.g. Business/employee / retire etc.)
- Emergency contact number and contact person name.
- Applicant’s parents are alive or deceased.

Yellow fever and Over Polio Vacation Card is Mandatory while traveling

Saturday & Sunday are considered as non-working days for Kenya.

- Embassy/ High Commission may ask for any additional documents.
- Visa fees and service charges are not refunded if your application is refused by the Embassy.
