list of documents required for France Business Stamp Visa

Passport: Valid for at least six months with a minimum of 2 blank pages available. (Please attach all old passports) 

Clear photocopies of valid UK, USA, or CAN  and Schengen visas (if any) Photocopies of the 1st page (bio data) and last page of the passport. 

Application Form:  One online visa application form duly filed and signed by applicant. (for applicant under 18 of age take parent sign) – (see attached France visa Proforma form)

Covering Letter: Covering letter on company letter head (if self employed) from the applicant addressed to, the visa officer, Consulate General of France, Mumbai, stating name of the applicant, personal profile, nationality, passport details, purpose of visit, period of stay with dates and also to be noted that all the expenses including medical, boarding & lodging will be borne by the applicant / sponsor. (attached covering letter format) 

Invitation letter from the business partner in France : With full details of the inviter: full name, address, Email-ID and telephone number. Original or copy, signed & stamped, mentioning the invitee details, the dates and purpose of the trip with detailed schedule of the business meetings or trainings (day to day schedule). 

Photographs– Required the two recent camera clicked passport sized coloured photographs on a white background with 70 % face cover on a semi-matt finished paper (35mm x 45mm). 

Flight reservation: With names of all travellers. If applicable proof of intra-Schengen flight, train itinerary or car rental 

Proof of accommodation: Confirmation of hotel reservation

Travel Insurance: Copy of travel medical insurance policy of not less than 30,000 Euros. The policy must cover medical and hospitalisation expenses for the entire period of valid stay on Schengen territory as well as repatriation costs. 

Proof of Occupation:- 

If self employed 

  • Company memorandum copy/ company registration copy Company shop establishment copy or any company registration certificate copy which is showing that owner of this company  
  • Company bank statement for last 03 month with bank seal and sign.
  • ITR last 03 years

If company employee 

  • Salary slip for last 03 month 

Personal Financial documents

  • Updated original bank statement for last 03 month with bank seal & sign
  • ITR copy last 3 years
  • Other financial papers such as fix deposit receipts copy 

Fully Vaccinated certificate copy
