This is just a quote and no blocking has been done. Above rates are subject to availability at the time of actual booking. Above rates are net and noncommissionable.

Above rates are based on mentioned no of adults travelling together, any change in Pax count will occur a change in tour price. There will be no refund for unused

nights or early check-out (In case of Medical condition it completely depends on hotel policy). Check-in and check-out times at hotels would be as per hotel policies. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel.

We reserve the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation

/ rerouting of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this. be confirmed on receipt of 50% non-refundable deposit. Bookings will be honoured at the Hotel ONLY on presentation of confirmed voucher.

Accounts team will approve releasing the voucher to the operations team after full payment has been received. Once Voucher has been released, bookings will be completely non-refundable, no amendments will be allowed.

No refund will be given due to any cancellation due to an early departure, No Show, Reduction in Rooms, etc.

However, we do not operate or control any airline, shipping company, restaurant, kitchen caravan or any other facility or provider etc. That is engaged to provide you services during the course of your tour. Therefore, please carefully note that: you will need to adhere to the conditions, rules and regulations of each Hotel or service provider. For instance, you will need to check the baggage rules of the airline, you will need to check the hotel rules to check what the meal times are, amenities charges, check in or checkout timing Etc at which you should make yourself available. The company is not responsible/liable for the consequences if you breach such rules and regulations.

If you cause any injury or damage affecting the service provider, then you may be liable to the service provider and if the service provider recovers any monies from

Cancellation Policy = Date of booking to 45 days before travel the cancellation charges will be 25% of the tour cost

30 to 45 days before travel - cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost 15 to 30 days before 100% Cancelation applicable.
